Harvest Gift Boxes
We harvest invasive species and turn them into gift boxes for you!
One Gift Box at a Time
At Eupterra Foundation, we believe in practical ethics along with our naturopathy. One way we go about this is by promoting industrial environmentalism - consumerism that directly benefits conservation efforts that help not only the environment, but people, too.
As one of our prime initiatives in this, we go after invasive plant species in North America and harvest them for the fiber of our gift boxes rather than native trees themselves.
- 100% Natural, made from plant fiber harvested from invasive species
- 100% Fair Trade Paper
- 100% Recycled Product Insert Page
- 100% Recycled Jewelry Pad
Not only is this practice helping local government and private conservation groups reduce the numbers of invasive plants in the U.S., but also provides a sustainable practice of bringing balance back to an ecosystem while providing jobs for American people. All while using clean Wind Energy as much as possible.
Here is a list of invasive species we harvest:
- Water Hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes)
- Kudzu or Japanese Arrowroot (genus Pueraria)
- Japanese Knotweed (Fallopia japonica)
Also, our gift box logos and product insert card lettering are printed on Agri-Ink, which is entirely plant based and biodegradable.
